Rocky’s Shipping Policy
In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to stock a majority of the products offered in our store, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. Please contact us before you order if you have any concern on sizes. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.
Please make sure if you have an alternate shipping address to enter in the business name if applicable. We reserve the right to question alternate shipping addresses, and your order may be placed on hold until we receive response from you. You can place special notes regarding your shipping address in the comment field on the order form (ie. we just moved, this is my work address, etc...)
You should know the make and model and year of motorcycle before ordering parts.
You should double check to see if modifications have been made.
NO SATURDAY AND SUNDAY PROCESSING
Shipping and Taxes apply for the Continental U.S.A. (excluding tires and specified items). (Some large items require an additional shipping fee). Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select express shipping is available for an additional fee. Canadaand APO/FPO Military Shipping Policies APO/FPO and Canadian shipments. We are able to offer UPS and USPS shipping to most Canadian customers. Please call 1-810-742-5420 or email rob@rockysonline.com for actual shipping costs and expected delivery times. Any duties and taxes imposed at the border are the responsibility of the customer. UPS Next Day Delivery. We must receive your order by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Next Day is offered only in the continental U.S.
UPS 2nd Day Air gets your order to you within two days (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Next Day/2nd Day delivery does not include weekends.
Oversized Items:
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Tires cost extra. Applicable charges are noted on the product page.
Duty, Taxes and Customs:
Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the reciever and must be paid prior to shipment delivery.
Authorized returns/exchanges for items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We cannot account for the act of god.

Some specials and promotions are for a limited time and while supplies last. Rainchecks will not be issued on out of stock items. All art, photograph, color, and typographical are subject to correction.

Shipping Methods
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days)
2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
1-Day Shipping (1 business day)
We use freight shipping (7 to 14 business days) for heavy or oversize items.
Please Note: Shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to process an order before it is given to the shipping carrier.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If you select a different shipping method, an APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher. Please Note: You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout
Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
