How do I return an item?
Returns - Exchanges - Refunds
RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Rocky's wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have within
30 days of the date you received the item(s) to return an item(s) for
an exchange or refund. Rocky's will accept returns and/or exchanges
under the following circumstances:
1) Please call (810)742-5420 or send an e-mail to
rob@rockysonline.comto receive a return authorization number.
2) We will refund any returned merchandise by original method of
payment, that is UNUSED, NEVER INSTALLED AND WITHOUT DAMAGE TO PRODUCT
OR MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, within 30 days of the date you
received it. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all refunds.
3) We will exchange any returned merchandise, that is unused, NEVER
INSTALLED AND WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING,
for merchandise of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the date you
received it. All shipping fee's that covers ground service delivery
charge on all exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any
used or leftover credit will be applied to your customer account and is
valid for use within one year.
4) We will not accept any merchandise for refund or exchange after 30
days of the date that you received it, or any merchandise that has been
used or with damage to product or manufacturers original packaging,
unless you have approval from our Customer Service to do so and are
given an authorization number.
5) Any merchandise returned for a warranty claim is strictly subject to
the manufacturer's guidelines and must have Customer Service
authorization. Often it may be faster for you to return an item
directly to the manufacturer for inspection - please call for further
instructions.
6) We are not responsible for original or return shipping charges
should you choose to return or exchange any item. All returns are
subject to final inspection upon arrival to us, with authorization.
(customer must have authorization from Rocky's before returning). All
returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
TO AVOID RESTOCKING FEE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES:
1) Include a copy of the invoice the item(s) were purchased on.
2) Make sure that returned merchandise is placed in a shipping carton
so that the actual product is not damaged, labeled or marked on. Do not
apply a shipping label directly to an item box. Put the item box in a
shipping carton and apply all labels to the shipping carton. Put the
return authorization number on the outside of the box and on the form
provided below. Helmets must be wrapped in protective helmet bag,
placed in manufacturer's original helmet box, and then placed in a
shipping box. Boots must be placed in manufacturer's original
packaging, and then placed in a shipping box.
3) Merchandise should be well packed and insured to it's value for your
protection.
4) We do not accept packages when the shipping charges are billed to us
or delivered COD.
5) Include a $5 flat shipping fee for an exchange. Any balance due or
shipping fees from merchandise exchanges will be charged to the
original order credit card unless you include payment.
6) Used, special order, custom, closeout and sale items will not be
accepted for return.
7) It is preferred that you insure your packages. Rocky's is not
responsible for shipping damages.

errors, shortages or shipping damages and notify Rocky's within 5 days
or Rocky's cannot be held responsible. IN CASE OF ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE -
DO NOT RETURN IT.
All merchandise and packaging must be held for the delivery company to
pick up and inspect to qualify for a claim.
